i was recently playing my machine when collecting my winnings the hopper alarm went off saying the machine was empty owing £1.00 i tried filling the hopper as normal still the alarm went off i then tried the refill key still no joy the machine just wont let me refill it

Refill Key, and turn and insert coins through the coin mech.

or just throw coins into hopper, when you have opened the door.
