You need a product called Stormsure. (www.stormsure.com) It is a flexible repair adhesive. Apply a layer over the bad bit and as it cures, smooth it with a wet finger. It take 10-12 hours. Then before use smother with talcum powder to stop it being tacky. It is easy to use and will give your shoes years of life.
