sounds like you need brushes in the motor.disconnect hoses un plug,pull out machine to kitchen floor, lay front on pillow ,look underneath you will see motor,on the bottom of motor you will see brushes held in by two screws and a spade cable.un do both brushes and replace.guaranteed.
