Hot water but no heating?

The hot water is working fine but the boiler is not firing for the central heating, any ideas?

We have a acl Drayton thermostat that doesn't seem to be on and we have no way of getting it on, could this be the problem?

It is definately your thermostat-there is an overide on your boiler but it means disconnecting wiring which i don't recommend.The thermostats are a pain-if you get a chance get a simpler one fitted-i'm no expert so sorry can't help further.
