Kitchen Mixer Tap Outlet Insert?

The plastic insert that was screwed into the end of my kitchen mixer tap has broken up and come out. What are they called so I can get a replacement? It's job was to diffuse the flow as it comes out of the tap. I have searched all over but without knowing the proper name for it, I'm not getting very far...

Well, if the part that has broken up and come out was to diffuse the flow, it's logical that it might be called a difffuser, simple eh!
