my zanussi doesn't take the conditioner when i wash on 40 temperature?

when i load the washing machine and wash the colour clothes 40 degree, the machine doen't take the conditioner.

could be a blockage in the draw ( lift the bit with MAX written on it out and wash underneath and down holes) or it could be the conveyor (bit above the soap draw with holes in) blocked up with gunk
