Beko dwd5410s dishwasher rotating arm not spraying or turning?

My Beko dwd5410s dishwasher is not working. The rotating arms (both top and bottom) are not turning or spraying water. The machine fills with water, heats the water up, and empties the water. But does not clean anything as the arms are not turning. Any ideas?
