How can I fix my grohe cistern?

When I push the botton it dose not flush what could be wrong with it

Provided the clear tubing is properly attached at both ends, and the small bellows is seated in the siphon, then the seal in the push button has failed.
Unplug the button end of the tubing, unscrew the locking ring behind the wall, replace the button assemby.
