hi i have just bought a servis 8.6kg load aa rated washer m6856w and it seems to be using a boat load of water, it will fill with water for about 10 seconds at first and takes all the powder, then gives a little spin, then fills with water, then fills again, then spins a little, but it seems to be doing this pretty much all the way through the cycle untill it gets to the spin cycle, i cant seem to find out if this is normal or not so any help would be superb.

ok found out why, its because the waste pipe was lower than the washer and in effect it was draining all the time.

while i am on if anyone has a manual on this machine i would be grateful if you could let me know where i can find one.
