baxi 105e pcb dip switch settings?

Installed new board, everything working ok except water temp for heating will not rise over 60d .Have tried new censors ,heating and overheat no change .Hot water works fine all temp range.
Only thing I can see is different settings on new pcb,ie old one shows switches in same position on board but one is off the other on.Question is should they be on or off??
If I get it wrong probable £115 up the shoot, which I cant afford again.
They sell you the spares but wont tell the settings.

Found the answer no thanks to Baxi. The new boards are the opposite setting for a 105e

check that you have the heating and hot water sensors connected in the right place if you removed them.

just copy them off the old board
