song wont work after coo coo koos?

Hi and thank you, My German clock one of the chains was touching a cord to the tv, I moved it and re wound the clock, really close to the top, it still coos but no music or dancers and also the water wheel does not turn. Is there anything I can do myself? Thank you Lisa
