How do I getmy Firebird Boiler going having run out of oil and re filled ta?

Firebird Boiler will not start since I filled with oil having beeen empty since last winter.attempts to start put cuts out.Obviously a fuel problem/air lock, how do I fix
Sean Cooke, October 2010
The problem could be an airlock in the fuel pipe.Open the fuel pipe connection just before the boiler. Connect (or hold) a pressure pump to the fuel pipe and blow air back the fuel pipe. A foot pump for inflating car tyres will do the job.
