Common problem with Hoover Optima washing machine?

My Hoover Optima washing machine is also 2 years old and has developed the E03 problem. Hoover charge £110 call out - the washer only cost £229. It looks as though I will be buying a new one but will NOT be buying a Hoover.....EVER.

Possibly user error, but I am struggling to know how to change the program of my Optima washing machine (WMH148df-80), once I have accidentally selected a wrong program. The Hoover website no longer recognises this model of machine and we've had it for approx. 4 years.

my optima oph616, has started to stop when on a quick wash and holds water inside, it also struggles to select a max spin. I have to twist the dial backwards and forwards from no spin to max spin a couple of times before the lights flash into the correct place. can you help I have 5 days left before ive had it one year

This is a blockage fault clean your filter and pump and check outlet pipes for debris
