How do I re-set my SAMSUNG fridge freezer after power cut?

How do I re-set my Fridge freezer please. It has been switched off, moved and pluged in again and wont reset itself to go cold. Power is working to the fridge as the lights inside the fridge are on.

when a fridge or freezer has been moved,you must let it stand twenty four hours before you use it,this is to allow the coolant to build up in system

as far as i know you cant reset , you may have a problem ...
