Hello i was wondering if you may be able to help me out with my Sony DCR TRV330 issue, I cannot get the cassette door or carriage or whatever it is called to open, let me explain a little better. I slide the button on the bottom of the machine to open the cassette door and all that happens is the outer door flips up but that is all that happens i think the cassette holder is supposed to raise up or move out so i can insert the cassette, but it dose'nt. so there is no way to insert the cassette. I have tried with a full battery and with a A/C adapter, with the machine turned on and turned off nothing works, I am getting no sounds like it is even trying to open. any ideas would be appreciated.
