the cd player in my car doesnt work. it is a vauxhall vectra,1.9 cdti. on the cd player it says safe and i need the code

the radio is coded to the car if it has been replaced from another vehicle it will go into safe mode. The only way it will work is a trip to the main dealers or by installing the radio and display as a matched pair then it should work.
