how do i fix my ford mondeo zetect s 2001?

i have a mondeo and its knocks everytime i go over a bump from the front end possibley behind the wheels could it be the wish bone and there is a clicking noise cv joint could the wish bone keep affecting it?

it could be your drop links from your antiroll bar also rear subframe bushes go as well causing knocking
