Indesit Evolution 1600 stopped mid-cycle full of water?

Cycle has stopped halfway through a '90 degree White Wash'. Machine is actually warm to touch! Won't drain at all and extremely heavy as full of water....any ideas, please?

Open the bottom plinth and open the filter and clean the filter. its only blocked.
