How to fix Amstrad E-Mailer PSU EM 1000-UK?

Amstrad E-Mailer PSU EM1000-UK
Only incoming calls working.
No life on set.
Transformer is cold ie no power passing.
An excellent servant now sadly missed.Help to fix would be much appreciated.
