Hi. I have a sky HD box which has just switched off! A red light appeared in the circular panel on the front of the box.

I turned power off to the box to reboot it - the picture came back on the TV screen for a couple of seconds and then switched off again, and the red light came back on.

I have done this twice now - any suggestions please what to do now??
