I have been having problems with my Humax 9200T remote for a few months now but this week it has gotten alot worse. I have tried brand new ultra expensive batteries but nothing will help.
Basically every single button on the remote makes the same TV channel list come up. This means that I am unable to do the remedy that was supplied on here regarding retuning it as the menu button doesnt go to the menu. I cannot so anything on it at all; is it totally buggered or is there a remedy anyone can suggest - one that doesnt involve me going to any menus as i can't!

HUMAX FOXSAT-HDR
I have found that over the months my two remote controls have become
increasingly unresponsive. Yesterday it became almost impossible to navigate
with the controls.
Order of what I tried from internet sources:
1. Reset box.
2. Take batteries out of remote and hold standby for 15 seconds.
3. Update firmware.
4. Remove the internal film from behind the front flap.
5. Hold the remote close to the unit.
6. remove mains plug for a few minutes.
None of the above had any effect.

I gave up and unplugged the box yesterday and watched the TV`s built in freeview.

Amazingly this morning I plugged the HUMAX FOXSAT-HDR in then powered up and
both remotes are now operating like new.
Great result but I will have to see how long it lasts.
