how do I remove the back of my kenwood sjss25 microwave?
the timer light on my microwave does not work, therefore I can only guess time and cannot use defrost. How can I remove back to see if I can fix it. I have removed some of the screws, but there is one I just cannot remove, is this a safety aspect?
