Yesterday our Sky Plus box wouldn't turn on, at all, then when it finally did the planner was completely gone and none of the recording qualities (e.g live pause, record) isn't working. It's playing up again today and on top of that it even turned itself off whilst I was watching TV. How do we get the planner and pause/record back?
