bra wire removal from lg 273 tdp?

great machine but the wife has lost a bra wire and it has gone through the holes. any ideas anyone ? preferably not the repairman kind.the machines only 4 months old.

its ok wife went and paid extra insurance £150 for 5 years ,apparently call out charge is £95 kerching. ouch.
She now hand washes them.
