Vokera boiler switches off Central Heating?

My daughters Vokera boiler switches off the central heating when she turns on the hot water tap.
Anyone any idea what the problem could be. She has had a boiler repair man round but he couldn't find anything wrong with it as the problem didn't happen (typical) when he was there.

all combi boilers are designed to do this.they divert to hot water so while the hot tap is on the boiler gives priority to dhw.when the hot tap is turned off the boiler diverts back to ch.
