Electrolux ARCTIS freezer fault code 'SF' or '5F'??

Electrolux ARCTIS freezer has a fault code 'SF' or could be '5F', what is this? The freezer has lost pretty much all of its cool temperature (up from -20 to -3) and I have had to mute the alarm. Can anyone help?
