fix panasonic F61?

my panasonic is abit old and has recently started flashing the code F61. I was curious if anyone had any idea or knows what i can to do fix it .

I had this, it was the internal fan. If you are happy to pull the unit apart, the fan was similar to a small computer case fan. cost £5 to fix, and 5 minutes to fix.
