Worked reasonably well for 2 years but now when turned on it won't scan and the instruction book says do this this and this etc but the booklet doesn't say which buttons are for what. After a minute or two the light might come on (very faintly) and the radio just makes a sort of clicking sound every 10 or so seconds. I've had it about 4 years. Should I bin it and buy another which might work. Roger
