Does anyone know where I can get a manual for this register for free? There has to be somewhere to find it. It does nothing just 000, I don't know if it is broke or it just needs programmed.

This model is not supported any longer I would say, so you are unlikely to find anything for free. C-tech has the only full manual I've seen. It has the system clear information which may work for your problem.
