when i download the songs to the mp3 it says the files are there but when i unplug the usb cord the mp3 sayd no files,like it didn't take or something.
I had the same problem with my siren mp3 player. I called the siren suport team and they sent me an e-mail to reformat my player. they told me not to download over 10 songs at the same time because it wreaks the format somehow.
