How can I fix my Siemens Porche Design toaster? The bread will not stay dow?

My Siemens Porche Design toaster does not lock bread into postion to be toasted. Can this be fixed easily?

We pulled out the crumb tray, turned the toaster upside down and gave it a few taps to dislodge any crumbs.

Bingo! That fixed it!

I have the same problem,so far managed to get inside to have a look.We are still investigating,will come back if we are sucessful in finding what the the problem is.
