How do I remove the end plate/ hand wheel on my Singer Touch Tronic 2001 to replace or adjust the timing belt?

Hello Ronnie,
You don't undo thge end plate, the timing is done from underneath the racxeway area, if you type my address as you say it not as you see it I will attach instructions.
