the cable jack doesnt work or # 1 video input does not work and now when you turn on the tv the indicator light blinks 11 times the turn off, can you help me.

Are you sure it blinks 11 times? I don't see that one listed.
Anyway you can post questions here and techs will ans. them. I have written some basic tv repair articles and they are posted there as well.
