My Kenmore top freezer refridgerator is leaking water inside?

Model #363.68 or 78592894 has water in the drawers and shelves and we don't know where it is coming from - we looked for the drain cup but can't seem to find it unless it is behind the styrofoam. What can we do?

I had pretty good luck after I finally found the drain system. I had to purchase a do it yourself book form Sears to find it. Take out the bottom of the freezer section--two screws in the front of the bottom of the freezer compartment. Then mine was really iced up. I used a hair dryer and removed all the ice and finally got down to the drain pan that should probably be called a drain trough. It's in the very back at the bottom.
I kept sponging up the water and blasting awy with the hair dryer until it seemed to free up and the water remaining in the drain hole went down. We'll see if it happens again.

Hello,

It sounds like your defrost drain tube has frozen up. Once you locate it you can use a turkey baster to blast it with warm water. Keep doing this untill you see the water coming out of the bottom and draining into the drain pan. Look either in the fridge section against the back wall or under the freezers bottom panel.
