fridge freezer wont frost or even go cold?

my fridge freezer is warmer than my oven as it just wont go cold in either the fridge or the freezer.

if the compressor is running and hot (touch it and feel heat with care!) then it has probably got a gas issue.unless its a very expensive appliance regassing them can be as expensive as replacing it!.Put your money to a new one
