How long shoud it take to replace a diaphragm on a Vaillant?

We have a Vaillaint Turbomax VUW 242/1 E,282/1E

How long should it take a trained engineer to replace the diaphragm as we had no hot water but central heating was fine? Am thinking someone might be trying to scam me with a longer than necesssary job!

Thanks.

well if eveything went to plan then 30mins is possible but.....ther is a pin that is connected to the diaphram you can access without takin much apart maybe he just pushed that in and out a few times to free it n silicone grease the pin sounds more likely

If it took 30 minutes was he just especially fast or is it likely he did something different to what he has claimed?!

1 hour roughly not much longer about £50.00 labour plus diaphram
