Should the rotating control knob on my service washer progress to the off position when it has finished its selected programme. The machine hasnt been used for 6 years and I cannot recall if the knob should rotate to the off position. It carries out its selected programme exactly and stays at the exact position it was set at. The washer was bought and only used a couple of
times prior to moving to my present location where it has been covered and stored in a spare dry room.
