How can I fix my e-mail?

Answers - mend, repair, fix

The program I use is outlook express. When I send an e-mail the answer I get is this:
The host ' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: Server: Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
But the server name is correct. I use it in my other computer and works fine. What shall I do to be able to send e-mails?

Check your internet options that they are set properly.

Double check the server name, there may be a typo. Try re-entering it completely.
The default port for SMTP is 993, not 25.

Also, make sure that your firewall is set to allow outlook express to access the internet.

Also check your hosts file if that URL got wrongly redirected.
The hosts file is located in:
\windows\system32\drivers\etc\
It's an extentionless text file.
