beco wma 10 w drum wont move for spin or wash?

the washer makes all the right noises but spin cycle and wash cycle the drum does not move . drum is not stick and be moved free hand belts on .

remove the motor and then remove the 2 motor brushes from the motor.carbon on motor brushes should be 10mm or more to work correctly
