how can I fix my widescreen Daewoo television DUB-2850GB?

Loud crack earlier, missing line, clicking sound, turned it off.
On again now, picture OK but clicking like a geiger counter...
Approx 3.5 year old Daewoo digital TV, DUB-2850GB (uses set top box).
