My small Onkyo R805X Tuner/Amp/Receiver stopped working recently. Could this have been caused by power fluctuations (high and low) in my house? These fluctuations resolved after a burned ground wire at the outside pole was discovered and repaired by electric company (at the same time my dryer would not start, but now works fine after the outside ground wire was repaired). Could the fluctuations have damaged a circuit or something inside the receiver? I have tried unplugging and replugging but no power at all on front indicator lights.
