The machine may have a blockage remove it and pray the seals and impeller are intact if it's in waranty don't forget it's sold as a commercial macerator so shouldn't block easily bit late now but ring Saniflo directl at Ruislip and ask to speak to JJ and see if the problem is solved quickly.
