Hi my Beko wm5100 is stuck between programmes I tried turning it off and on but no joy can you help

a blocked drain hose will cause this fault.hold the drain hose over a bucket and see if water comes out

remove the filter at the bottom right behind plastic kick plate plinth.water will pour out!.once filter has been removed shine a torch in to the filter housing and check the drain pump impellor rotates freely and isn't jammed up with something.reassemble and test
