SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, I POSTED THIS ONCE BEFORE AND IT SAT THERE FOR 5 DAYS STILL NO ANSWER

i just got this mp3 player today, put music on it, listend to it for a couple hours, was dying so i put it on the charger, took it off the charger after bout an hour, a few songs later it freezes, well the battery wasnt dying, i press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, and it did nothing, i tried holding the power buddon for 30 seconds, nothing, plugged to the wall charger, nothing, plugged to my computer, nothing. please help me with what to do, email me with the answer cuz i might not be back here, shawnhull123(AT)hotmail(DOT)com with the subject as (MP3ANSWER) so i know what it is because i get alot of spam, please help
