Please help ! I have a new WB 24 i bolier. Hot water works fine, no flashing fault lights, but the CH wont ignite (no green light). Wireless remote is full of life and sending a signal. Any ideas appreciated. Pressing reset button momentarily lights up the fault button and reset button and green light, but after it tries to ignite, all go off. Thanks. Roger

mmm i've the same problem, Im gas safe qualified but don't usually service boilers. If you put boiler on high by pressing and holding spanner buton for 10 seconds what does that do?
