....mine has just gone too - seems to have sparked and disconnected at one end of the element . I guess its OK to just refit it - may need a new connector tho'.

mine went 2 weeks ago, i took the outer case off and the wire at one end if the element had corroded off, there's not enough metal to re attach so i'm searching for a new element
