Can i repair Vokera Excell 80SP, ?

Is there a simple solution to above boiler, for last 2 weeks the boiler overflow has been dripping when hot or cold, i had topped pressure upto approx 1.5 to 2 bar, but is hovering around 3 bar, is it possible to drain to reduce pressure or will this not resolve the problem.
System is still in working order, for now!!

Thanks in advance

the leak will be water getting by the overpressure valve, could be fixed by operating the valve a couple of times, but more likely it will need replacing. It happens because the valve is releasing pressure evrytime the central heating heats up. Recharge the expansion vessel first.

it is probably dripping from where the operating pins push on the fulcrum arm. Take the cover off and have a look. The bushings with o rings are replaceable parts. The boiler needs a service. Pressure variations are due to the expansion vessel needing recharging. You can depressurise the boiler by twisting the red knob on the overpressure release valve.
You can download the manual from the Vokera website.
