I have a five year old Samsung Side by side fridge freezer. I set the freezer and the fridge to the normal temprature as recommended by the manufacturer. The fridge is working perfectly to the set temperature but the fridge does not cool to the desired temperature. I have turned the equipment off and on and still experience the same problem. Please advise

Hi I just had the same problem, I defrosted it completely as its probably the cooling fan frozen up.
