No hot water or heating from my Bosch 28i junior?

The blue light is flashing at the same time as the re-set button and then the re-set button flashes by itself. The green flame light is not staying on. I have tried turning the boiler off and pushing the re-set button but nothing is working. Please help

Gas rectification problem, ensure the gas is on and available. (Simplistic I know).
Then check the condense system (trap & pipe) is not blocked/frozen
