shortly after using a dishwasher cleaner (Finish) the machine willl now not fill completely, it starts to fill for 30 secs or so then stops and you can hear a buzzing sound but no water. The canister in front of the salt container is full of murky looking water (I don't know if that helps!)
have exactly the same thing happening.. has just started doing it.. the salt light is on for the first time also.. even though have never used salt..
did you end up fixing your fault and if so how??

Thank you for answering so quickly! I've tried it again and it sounds like there is something physically stopping it from filling, there is no other sound, the heating element starts to heat and that's when I turn it off!

the buzzing could be from he inlet valve altough it could be the drain pump or the circulation pump jammed or seized.difficult to answer without seeing it in action
